£34,000 + £4000 Car Allowance
My client are looking for a confident 2nd Line / Field Support Engineer to support clients across London, Surrey and North Hampshire
You'll spend around 3 days per week on client sites, with admin and remote support days worked from home
The role
- Onsite 1st/2nd line and deskside support
- Microsoft 365 / Entra ID / Windows 10/11
- Intune / endpoint support
- Troubleshooting hardware, software and connectivity issues
- Managing your own tickets and client relationships
- Supporting project work and remote machine setups
- Proactively engaging with users and keeping them updated
What we are looking for
- Strong 2nd Line / Field Support experience
- Good Microsoft 365 / cloud support skills
- Confident, professional and genuinely customer-focused
- Comfortable working independently across multiple client sites
- Interest in AI / Microsoft Copilot is a bonus
- Full UK driving licence and own car essential
This is a modern, cloud-focused support role, so we are particularly interested in people with current Microsoft experience rather than purely traditional on-premise or break/fix backgrounds.
