Based in East London, this is an excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer to join an established engineering function supporting a highly automated production operation. THE ROLE As a Maintenance Engineer, you will help ensure the production operation continues to run safely, efficiently and reliably. The role will involve: Planned preventative maintenance across automated production equipment Reactive maintenance and breakdown response Electrical and/or mechanical fault finding Diagnosing faults and carrying out effective repairs Working to minimise production downtime Identifying recurring equipment issues Supporting root cause analysis and permanent corrective actions Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives Working closely with Production and other engineering disciplines Supporting improvements to equipment reliability and performance Maintaining accurate maintenance records Working to high standards of health and safetyABOUT YOU We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer with a strong manufacturing background and a genuine interest in modern engineering and automation.
