We're hiring multiple Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technicians for a growing precision engineering manufacturer in the GU21 area. This is a hands-on, technical role working on complex electro-mechanical products in a fast-paced production environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Building electro-mechanical assemblies (motors, PCBs, wiring, mechanical parts)
- Soldering, cable harnessing and precision fitting
- Reading engineering drawings, schematics and BOMs
- Running test programs and supporting diagnostics
- Fault finding, rework and supporting quality/RMA work
- Recording production and test data accurately
- Supporting continuous improvement and high-quality standards
What we're looking for:
- Experience in electro-mechanical assembly
- Strong soldering and wiring skills
- Confident reading technical drawings
- Hands-on testing and fault-finding experience
- Good attention to detail and reliability
Nice to have:
- Background in electronics, aerospace, defence, medical or precision engineering
- Experience mentoring or supporting others
Hours: Mon-Thu: 7:30am-4:00pm Friday: Early finish
Salary: Flexible & competitive (approx. £27K-£32K DOE)
