About the Role

As a key member of the materials/warehouse team, you will be responsible for the receipt of components and goods, ensuring timely delivery to the assembly lines, and managing tasks such as picking, kitting, and packing for dispatch to customers. This role requires the use of computer systems to maintain accurate records and track inventory.

You will work in a dynamic environment, supporting the continuous improvement of safety and efficiency through 5S and logistics best practices. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving goods into the warehouse and locating products using the stock management system.
  • Ensuring timely supply of materials to production lines, collaborating with purchasing and quality teams to identify potential shortages.
  • Maintaining stock accuracy through the stock management and Kanban systems.
  • Kitting and packing product sets.
  • Picking, packing, and accurately labelling shipments for dispatch to customers, using the stock management system to execute transactions and locate stock.

About You

  • Strong customer focus, ensuring that both internal and external stakeholders have a positive experience, as your work often represents the first impression of the product.
  • Previous experience in logistics, picking, and packing.
  • Computer literate, with a solid understanding of material transactions and stock management systems.
