Proactive are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Coordinator to join a busy manufacturing and distribution operation.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process customer orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timely shipment.
  • Manage inbound deliveries by checking quantities, inspecting products, and updating stock records.
  • Store materials and products correctly to maximise warehouse efficiency and accessibility.
  • Source competitive transport options and coordinate collections and deliveries with logistics providers.
  • Produce shipping and delivery documentation, ensuring records are maintained accurately.
  • Track and monitor shipments to ensure products reach customers within agreed timescales.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure stock availability and delivery requirements are met.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment in line with company health and safety standards.

Skills:

  • Previous experience within a warehouse, stores, logistics, or distribution environment.
  • Knowledge of stock control, inventory management, and warehouse processes.
  • Experience arranging transport, coordinating deliveries, or working with freight providers.
  • Confident using computer systems for stock management and administration tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Good numerical skills and experience handling documentation.
  • Valid forklift licence.
