Are you an experienced TIG Welder/Fabricator looking for a long-term position with steady hours and high-quality work? We’re looking for someone skilled in aluminium welding and fabrication to join a friendly, well-established team in Milton Keynes.
You’ll be involved in a variety of precision fabrication and welding projects, producing high-standard work for a range of clients.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out high-quality TIG welding on aluminium and stainless-steel components
*
Read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication plans
*
Cut, bend, form, and assemble aluminium materials as required
*
Perform quality checks to ensure all work meets specifications
*
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
*
Work closely with the team to meet project deadlines
Requirements
*
Proven experience in TIG welding, specifically with aluminium
*
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
*
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
*
Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team
*
Welding certifications are an advantage but not essential

Hours: 7:30am – 4:00pm (Monday–Thursday) | 7:30am – 2:00pm (Friday)
*
Rate: £16.00–£18.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Location: Milton Keynes
