Proactive Global is hiring for experienced Sheet Metal Workers/Finishers to join a leading manufacturing organization based in Sunbury-Upon-Thames.
Shift Timings: Mon- Friday 8:00AM to 4:30PM
Pay Rate: £14.50 - £16 per hour / £17.50 Holiday Paid (PAYE)
Location: Sunbury-Upon-Thames, TW16
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with stainless steel
- To ensure that the visible surface areas of metalwork are finished to the required standard
- Prepare welded products before finishing (tidying welds, deburring, etc)
- Finish welded products as per the customer requirement for that order
- Ability to work from engineering and manufacturing drawings on your own
- Able to use safely associated machines and tools e.g. guillotines, rollers, stud gun, grinders, power files, drills
- Responsible for good housekeeping in your own work area in line with Lean and 5S requirements
