Salary: Up to 28,500 (including shift allowance)

Are you a physically fit and detail-oriented operative ready to work in a fast-paced aircraft parts warehouse? We are looking for a motivated Stores Operative to support efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of critical aircraft parts. What You\’ll Be Doing

  • Pick, pack, and return aircraft parts accurately and on time.
  • Manage material issuance and dispatch following procedures.
  • Perform Goods In/Out processing and accurately book spare parts into inventory.
  • Support LEAN projects and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
  • Participate in improvement projects and assist with training when required.
  • Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations and policies.
  • Collect and deliver parts and materials around the site as needed.

What We\’re Looking For

  • Experience: Previous warehouse or stores experience preferred; overhead crane and forklift experience desirable.
  • Skills: Basic computer literacy and numeracy. Comfortable using inventory and stock management systems.
  • Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, adaptable, and positive mindset. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to pass background checks for working in a secure environment.

Working Conditions

  • Rotating shifts: 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm, including shift allowance.
  • Physically demanding role involving safe handling of heavy or awkward objects and extensive walking around the site.
