Location: Hayes, UK
Salary: Up to 28,500 (including shift allowance)

We are looking for a motivated Stores Operative to support efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of critical aircraft parts. Join a team dedicated to maintaining aviation safety standards and continuous process improvements.

What You\’ll Be Doing
- Pick, pack, and return aircraft parts accurately and on time.
- Manage material issuance and dispatch following procedures.
- Perform Goods In/Out processing and accurately book spare parts into inventory.
- Support LEAN projects and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
- Participate in improvement projects and assist with training when required.
- Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations and policies.
- Collect and deliver parts and materials around the site as needed.
What We\’re Looking For
- Experience: Previous warehouse or stores experience preferred; overhead crane and forklift experience desirable.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and numeracy. Comfortable using inventory and stock management systems.
- Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, adaptable, and positive mindset. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to pass background checks for working in a secure environment.
Working Conditions
- Rotating shifts: 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm, including shift allowance.
- Physically demanding role involving safe handling of heavy or awkward objects and extensive walking around the site.
