Site Engineer - Skelmersdale 41,500 per annum + excellent benefits Permanent, Full-Time Rotating Shifts - No Nights We recurrently recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer to join a leading global organisation within the automation and intralogistics industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Electrical or Multi-Skilled Engineer to work on a highly automated site, supporting the maintenance and performance of advanced warehouse automation systems. The Role As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting a range of automated equipment and ensuring the site operates safely, efficiently and with minimal downtime. Your responsibilities will include: Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on automated equipment Responding to breakdowns and carrying out electrical and mechanical fault finding Troubleshooting faults on conveyors, automated cranes, lifts, robotics and control systems Testing, repairing and maintaining electrical, mechanical and automation equipment Supporting the installation and commissioning of machinery and equipment Prioritising and responding to reactive maintenance issues Working with subcontractors, customers and project teams when required Completing maintenance records and ensuring accurate documentation Supporting continuous improvement activities to improve equipment reliability and performance Ensuring all work is completed in lin...
