We're hiring for a Shot Blaster to join our well-established manufacturing client in Slough. You'll be working as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced production environment, helping ensure high-quality surface preparation on a variety of metal components.
Your Responsibilities:
- Perform shot blasting operations on metal parts to clean, strengthen, or polish surfaces
- Carry out assembly and peening tasks in line with production needs
- Inspect finished parts for quality and adherence to specifications
- Work from technical drawings, process instructions, and quality standards
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in shot blasting (minimum 1-2 years preferred)
- Knowledge of peening and other surface preparation techniques
- Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
