We are currently looking for a Machine Operator to work in a manufacturing company based in St. Neots.
Location: St. Neots
Hours: 9am - 5pm or 9pm - 6am (Monday - Friday)
Pay: £13.50 - £15.00 Dayshift, Premium to be applied for Nightshift.
Overview of the role:
- Operate production machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
- Conduct routine quality checks on products.
- Pack and prepare products for dispatch according to specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation on the production floor.
- Follow all company health & safety policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is beneficial but not essential - full training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods.
- Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Punctual and dependable.
