Location: Reading
Rates: £13 - £14.57ph
Working hours: Early and Late Shifts Available (6am - 2.30pm Monday to Friday) and (2.30pm - 11pm Monday to Friday)
Duration: Long-term, could lead to permanent roles

- Previous job picking experience in a warehouse/stores environment
- Goods-in experience, including checking, counting, and booking in incoming deliveries
- Ability to accurately count and handle stock, including boxes and loose items
- Physically capable of moving and handling boxes/pallets, as the role involves manual handling and picking tasks
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word
- Good communication skills in English, with the ability to liaise with other departments when required (via email or face-to-face)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable, proactive, and able to manage tasks efficiently
- Forklift truck (FLT) licence or experience (Reach Truck and Counterbalance). If no FLT experience, must be willing and open to training
- Positive, flexible attitude and willingness to learn new tasks
