Proactive are working with a global manufacturing company in Reading. We are looking to recruit machine Maintainers, working on a rotating shift pattern. The role will require fault finding, machine setting, machine cleaning, Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and installations, and providing mechanical support during breakdowns as required.
All work must be completed effectively, with machine downtime being kept to a minimum, and within target expectations, whilst adhering to current Health and Safety Regulations and best practice.
Essential Experience/Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of Health and Safety practices
- Ability to build strong working relationships

Hours of Work:
4 on, 4 off shift pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off, 4 nights on, 4 nights off, 7:00am - 19:30pm and 19:00pm - 7:30am.
