Production Operative Overview We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy and growing manufacturing business.

This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced production environment, where you will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing process, handling materials and ensuring products are produced safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within manufacturing, with full training provided on production equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities Safely move, store and organise raw materials, components and finished goods throughout the production facility.

Load and unload deliveries using the appropriate manual handling techniques and equipment.

Supply production lines with the correct materials to ensure manufacturing runs efficiently and without interruption.

Operate production machinery and equipment following full training, standard operating procedures and health and safety guidelines.

Carry out basic quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards and report any defects or non-conformances.

Complete production documentation accurately where required.

Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment in line with 5S and housekeeping standards.
