Proactive Global in Towcester is hiring an Assembly Operative to support a welcoming and expanding team. This hands-on role focuses on fine soldering, crimping, and assembly in a busy production setting.

Ideal candidates will have attention to detail, some soldering experience, and basic IT skills.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8 am to 4 pm, and Friday from 8 am to 1 pm.
