The Role Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will use your drive, experience, and expertise to ensure the successful completion of control panels and automation assemblies to approved designs. Your responsibilities will include: Supervising a small team of Panel Builders to deliver projects on time and to standard. Managing parts and materials to ensure availability for assembly tasks. Allocating labour resources effectively to meet deadlines. Conducting toolbox talks covering safety, procedures, and best practices. Monitoring work quality and compliance, reporting any issues or variations. Maintaining documentation and adopting safe systems of work (RAMS, Permits to Work).
