Position: Electromechanical Technician (Permanent)
Location: Milton Keynes
Pay: £27,000 - £30,000 + overtime (1.5x / 2x)
Hours: Monday - Friday | 08:00 - 16:30 / 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00 (Shift premium after 6pm)
What You'll Do:
- Assemble mechanical systems, install hydraulics, and handle electrical wiring.
- Follow structured build stages accurately and safely.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality products.
- Continuously improve processes using Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Expand your skills across multiple production lines.
