Proactive are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. This role mainly focuses on identifying inefficiencies, implementing improvements, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Responsibilities include:
- Continuous Improvement: Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other improvement methodologies to enhance processes, reduce costs, and improve quality.
- Preventative Maintenance: Develop and execute comprehensive preventative maintenance schedules for all equipment and machinery to ensure their optimal performance and longevity.
- Troubleshooting: Quickly diagnose mechanical, electrical, and technical issues to identify root causes and implement timely solutions to minimize disruptions in operations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, inspections, and upgrades.
