Proactive are hiring a hands-on Manual Handling Operative to join one of our Cleint based in Milton Keynes. This role involves physical work, machine operating, and using a counterbalance forklift. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment where reliability and attention to detail are key. Key Responsibilities: • Manual handling and lifting of products/materials • Operating machinery (training provided if needed) • Driving a counterbalance forklift (valid FLT CB licence required) • Loading/unloading goods • Following site safety procedures • General housekeeping and support across the site What We’re Looking For: • Valid FLT Counterbalance licence • Experience in manual or warehouse work • Willingness to work shifts and overtime if needed • Physically fit and safety-conscious • Team player with a good work ethic What You’ll Get: • £13.50/hour starting pay • Pay increase to £14.75/hour after 12 weeks • Weekly pay • Full training and ongoing support • Temp to Perm position • On-site parking Hours: Currently 8:00am – 5:00pm.
