Shift: 4 on, 4 off nights
Location: Park Royal
We're recruiting a Machine Minder to join a busy manufacturing site in Park Royal.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery
- Complete machine set-ups and tool changes
- Carry out first-line fault finding and breakdown response
- Maintain safe, clean working standards
- Escalate faults that require engineering support
What we're looking for
- Manufacturing, production, machine operating, or engineering experience
- Comfortable working night shifts on a 4-on, 4-off pattern
- Practical and mechanically minded
- Reliable, proactive, and keen to learnThis is a strong opportunity for someone looking to develop within a manufacturing environment, with potential progression into maintenance engineering over time.
