The Opportunity
We are recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established FMCG manufacturing site in Merseyside. Shift Pattern - Panama (2-2-3)
This role operates on a 24/7 rotating Panama shift pattern, offering a good balance between work and rest:
- Week 1:
- Work 2 days
- Off 2 days
- Work 3 days
- Off 2 days
- Work 2 days
- Off 3 days
Shifts are 12 hours, rotating between days and nights.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on production and packaging machinery
- Fault finding on electrical and mechanical systems
- Support continuous improvement and reliability projects
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and site standards
- Work closely with production to minimise downtime
About You
- Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer
- Electrical qualifications are essential
- FMCG background is highly desirable, but not essential
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong fault-finding skills and a proactive mindset
