Urgent requirement for experienced Mechanical Installers/Mechanical fitters to support a major automation installation project at a brand-new distribution site.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and modify conveyor and automation systems.
- Realign chain conveyors and pallet hoist conveyors.
- Install kickplates, safety fencing, doors, and cable access routes.
- Fit bearings, endcaps, gaskets, and mechanical components.
- Drill floor fixings and install brackets, eyebolts, and wire restraints.
- Carry out mechanical modifications, cutting, and adjustment of frames and supports.
What We're Looking For
- Proven mechanical fitting and conveyor installation experience.
- Background in automation, material handling, or warehouse projects.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and work independently.
- Experience with fabrication and on-site mechanical modifications.
- Valid CSCS Card.
- Available for immediate start.
