Electronics Test Engineer

Up to £42,000 + Benefits
We are looking for an experienced Electronics Test Engineer to join a leading manufacturer of imaging and embedded technology products in Langley.
This is an excellent opportunity for an electronics professional to join a growing engineering environment, where you will be responsible for testing, fault-finding, repairing, and supporting both prototype and production activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Test, diagnose, fault-find, and repair electronic products
- Carry out component-level fault finding on PCBs and electronic assemblies
- Perform PCB testing, repair, SMT soldering, and rework
- Assemble and test electro-mechanical units
- Read and interpret circuit diagrams and technical documentation
- Use oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other electronic test equipment
- Support prototype development and production activities
Requirements
- Electronics qualification or equivalent hands-on experience
- Proven experience with component-level fault finding
- Strong PCB testing and repair experience
- Experience with SMT soldering and rework
- Ability to read and understand circuit diagrams
