Proactive currently have an exciting opportunity for a Dispatch Operative to begin work for a leading manufacturing and production business in Kempston. Due to rapid company expansion and an ever growing order book, our client is hoping to recruit at least one additional Dispatch Operative to help ensure the quality and accuracy of the Site's function is well maintained throughout this new and excited influx of work.
You will be responsible for:
- Booking in and out of goods/materials
- Dispatch and logistics administration
- Accurately packing and shipping of orders
- Identify stock that is in the wrong location and escalate as required
- Ensure stock levels are controlled throughout the operation
- Picking items for production
- Loading and unloading manually
Key Skills/Experience:
- Previous dispatch/logistics experience preferably within manufacturing
- Happy with physical/manual based work
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Positive attitude
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work as a member of a small team
- Able to start work ASAP

- Hours: 8.00am-4.30pm Monday to Friday
- Start Date: ASAP following interview process
