What You’ll Be Doing
- Set up, adjust, and optimise plastic injection moulding machines
- Carry out tool changes, first-off inspections, and process adjustments
- Diagnose and resolve moulding faults (flashing, short shots, burn marks)
- Maintain quality, safety, and production records
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Proven track record as an injection moulding setter/operator in a plastics manufacturing environment
- Technical Skills: Understanding of machine parameters, polymers, tooling, and fault finding
- Team Player: Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work well within a team
