Location: Aylesbury Proactive are currently working with a client who are a market leader in their field based in Aylesbury.
The client are currently in need of a Hygiene Operative.
The need is due to rapid company growth, the successful candidate will be joining a thriving business and be helping maintain the site s function through this exciting influx of work.
Your daily duties will include: Deep
Cleaning: Semi-automated production lines, conveyor systems, and auxiliary components to 100% prevent cross-contamination.
Assembly and disassembly of filling chassis.
GMP Compliance: Follow strict SOPs and verify cleaning effectiveness through bacterial/particle swabbing.
Documentation: Maintain precise, real-time logs for all cleaning schedules and equipment status.
Chemical
Safety: Safely dilute, handle, and store industrial cleaning agents in line with COSHH.
Waste
Management: Efficiently process general and hazardous production waste per environmental guidelines.
Cross-Team
Collab: Coordinate with cross functional teams to schedule deep cleans without slowing down production.
Experience: Previous GMP/Cleanroom
Experience: Prior experience in pharmaceuticals, food manufacturing, cosmetic production.
Following
Procedures: The ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) exactly.
In a GMP environment, if a step is missed, the area is not compliant.
