We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Machine Operator / Fabricator to join us in Aldershot. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on fabrication work and takes pride in producing quality results within a manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities:- Cutting and preparing aluminium profiles using saws and fabrication machinery
- Assembling and fabricating aluminium components for doors, windows, and roof systems
- Using hand and power tools to complete production tasks
- Inspecting materials and applying protective tape before cutting
- Handling and manoeuvring long aluminium profiles safely
- Proven experience in a fabrication, metalwork, or manufacturing environment
- Ability to use hand tools and follow production instructions
- Comfortable with manual handling and physically active work
- Strong communication skills in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- CNC or machine operation experience beneficial.
