We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Machine Operator / Fabricator to join us in Aldershot. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on fabrication work and takes pride in producing quality results within a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Cutting and preparing aluminium profiles using saws and fabrication machinery
  • Assembling and fabricating aluminium components for doors, windows, and roof systems
  • Using hand and power tools to complete production tasks
  • Inspecting materials and applying protective tape before cutting
  • Handling and manoeuvring long aluminium profiles safely
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a fabrication, metalwork, or manufacturing environment
  • Ability to use hand tools and follow production instructions
  • Comfortable with manual handling and physically active work
  • Strong communication skills in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • CNC or machine operation experience beneficial.
