The Role
As Engineering Manager, you\’ll take ownership of the site\’s engineering function, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operation of automated machinery and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the engineering team.
- Deliver the planned maintenance (PPM) programme.
- Manage budgets and control costs effectively.
- Drive continuous improvement and implement new processes.
- Oversee CapEx projects and achieve KPI targets.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and manage key stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
- Recognised engineering qualification or apprenticeship.
- Proven experience within FMCG or high-speed manufacturing.
- 5+ years\’ leadership and people management experience.
- Strong background in process improvement and maintenance strategy.
