Role: Electronics Assembler / Soldering Technicians
Location: Cramlington
Salary: £12.71 - £14.25ph
Proactive are currently in search of multiple skilled Electronics / Soldering Technicians to start work with a company based in Cramlington. This is an exciting opportunity working for a market leading manufacturing company offering ample opportunity for progression and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Soldering of components
- Manufacture and assembly of electronic parts
- Install electronic components into units
- Reading and understanding electronic diagrams
- Meeting set production targets
- Ensure products are built to appropriate quality standards.
- Ensure Health & Safety standards are adhered to at all times
- Maintain a safe, organised and efficient work area
- Escalate issues to line management as required
- Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with quality and safety regulations.
Knowledge, Education, and Skills
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Experience in a production / electronics environment
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation and time management skills.
- Strong communication and team working skills
- High regard for Health and Safety
- Gives and welcomes feedback and contributes to building a positive team spirit
