We are currently recruiting for a Deburrer / Metal Worker to join a busy manufacturing and foundry environment based in St. Neots.
This is a great opportunity for a practical and hardworking individual looking for a temp-to-perm position. Previous foundry experience would be advantageous, but full training will be provided, so candidates with transferable hands-on experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Deburring, fettling and finishing metal components.
- Carrying out general metalworking duties.
- Using a range of hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Assisting with general foundry and production duties as required.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
- Following workplace health and safety procedures.
- Working as part of a team to meet production requirements.
- Wearing the appropriate PPE, which will be provided.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a foundry, manufacturing or metalworking environment would be beneficial but is not essential.
- Practical, hands-on approach with a willingness to learn.
- Comfortable using hand and power tools.
- Physically fit and capable of handling reasonably heavy loads.
- Reliable and committed to working Monday to Friday.
- Able to follow instructions and work safely within a busy production environment.
- Own transport is required due to the location of the site.

- £14.00-16.00 per hour
- Temp-to-perm opportunity
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
