Pre-Site Phase

  • Developing PLC software to industry standards
  • Producing Functional Design Specifications (FDS)
  • Creating third-party interface definitions
  • Testing conveyor and shuttle systems using 3D emulation environments ✅ On-Site Commissioning

Commissioning

  • Taking full ownership of PLC commissioning
  • Diagnosing and resolving software, electrical, and hardware issues
  • Integrating WMS/WCS systems
  • Testing and validating safety systems
  • Commissioning third-party equipment
  • Working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Integration Teams
  • Supporting and mentoring Junior Engineers & Apprentices
