We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated HP Press Operator to join our dynamic production team. Working within a modern 24/7 print operation, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality digital print solutions while ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and excellent standards are maintained. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with digital print experience who enjoys working with advanced technology, solving problems, and being part of a successful team. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.

The Role

As an HP Press Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our HP digital press equipment, ensuring customer orders are produced to the highest possible standard. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Operating HP T Series digital press equipment safely and efficiently
  • Following production instructions from work tickets and digital systems
  • Achieving maximum output while maintaining outstanding print quality
  • Reducing waste, downtime, and production delays through effective press operation
  • Using the Make Ready process to improve efficiency
  • Following best practice procedures to achieve production targets and KPIs
  • Supporting planned maintenance activities
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
  • Following ISO9001 and ISO14001 quality and environmental standards
  • Working collaboratively across a 24/7 production environment
