Account Manager

We are looking for an Account Manager to operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts and to provide cover for other Account Managers during periods of holiday or absence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring timely, successful, and efficient delivery of our products according to customer needs.

Customer interface.

  • Effective resolution of site issues before they become problems for the contractor and/or client.
  • Maintain a culture of service excellence.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Commercial awareness to maximise profitability without impacting customer satisfaction.
  • Provision of sales information to Finance.
  • Provision of compliance certification to enable project sign off.
  • Maintain accurate programme trackers.
  • Attendance at daily production meetings.
  • Ad hoc duties as requested by Line Manager.

Person Specification

Preferred Qualifications

  • A level standard of equivalent.

Experience/ /Knowledge

  • Proven experience of Account Management/customer service.
  • Project management skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Preferable basic contract law knowledge, experience of working with contractors or local authorities, experience of the fire safety industry, building/refurbishment industries.
  • Knowledge of the fire safety regulations, specifically related to the installation of fire doors.
  • Good client facing skills and the ability to command respect in a meeting.
