Position: Wiring Technician
Location: Bishops Stortford
Salary: £30,000 - £31,000 - Depending on experience
Hours: Full Time - 37.5 hours per week - 08:00am - 16:00pm, Monday to Friday
Proactive are currently in search of an experienced Wiring Technician to start work immediately for a client of ours in Bishops Stortford. The successful candidate will be working as part of a team within the production area and should have previous wiring experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Manufacture of complete wiring looms
- Small wiring cable forms
- Population and wiring of Electrical and Control cabinets
- Circuit wiring for tank transducers
- Previous experience with Wiring installations
- Working to technical drawings and wiring schematics
- Electrical cabinet and wiring loom experience
- Good knowledge of circuitry principles
- Excellent wiring experience - crimping, soldering, re-wiring
- Ability to work under pressure and to timescales
