Join a leading distribution centre. Proactive Global is currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and well-established distribution centre in Bedford. We have opportunities across both Ambient and Freezer departments, with a range of shift patterns available. Whether you have previous warehouse experience or are looking for your next long-term opportunity, we’d love to hear from you.
Available Departments:
- Ambient Warehouse
- Freezer Warehouse
Shift Patterns:
- Morning Shift: 06:00 - 14:00
- Night Shift: 22:00 - 06:00
- 5 days from 7, including weekends on a rota basis
Duties:
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Stock replenishment
- Preparing orders for dispatch
- Working accurately to productivity targets
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following all health and safety procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- For Freezer roles, you must be comfortable working in a temperature-controlled environment
