Due to continued growth and increased workload within the plastics department, our client is looking to recruit Production Operators to join the Bedford site on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with previous production or manufacturing experience who are looking to join a stable and growing business.
Shift Pattern
- Rotating weekly shifts, Monday to Friday:
- 6:00am β 2:00pm
- 2:00pm β 10:00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Operating machinery within the plastics/roto-moulding department
- Monitoring production processes to ensure quality standards are met
- Trimming, finishing and inspecting products
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Supporting the wider production team as required
Candidate Requirements
- Previous production/manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience within plastics or roto-moulding advantageous
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Able to work rotating shifts
- Good attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
