Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture precision products while following strict specifications and quality standards.
- Follow documented work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Complete production records, process documentation, and quality checks accurately.
- Record any process issues or deviations and escalate concerns where required.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production targets, improve efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, housekeeping, and time management in line with procedures.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production updates, equipment concerns, and any issues affecting performance.
Skills and Experience Required
- GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in Mathematics and English.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A reliable and responsible approach with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced production environment.
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing, production environment is desirable, although full training will be provided.
