Assembly Technician required for one of our customers based in Leatherhead. Pay rate: £13.50 to £14.50 per hour (flexibility on the rate based on experience). Postcode: KT22.

WHAT TO EXPECT
- Build units in a structured production environment using detailed digital work instructions.
- Carry out hands‑on mechanical and electrical assembly to a consistent, high standard.
- Use manual tools correctly, including torque‑controlled fastening.
- Identify and clearly communicate build or fitment issues to engineers and team leaders.
- Work independently on defined build tasks while maintaining safety, quality, and cleanliness.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Hands‑on assembly experience from automotive, motorsport, aerospace, prototype, or similar environments.
- Strong practical skills and confidence following step‑by‑step build instructions.
- A methodical, detail‑focused approach with respect for process and quality.
- Ability to use hand tools safely and accurately, including torque tools.
- Clear communication skills and good awareness of health & safety.
