- Direct power transformer design/manufacturing experience required
- 2-12 years' experience in electrical design, ideally within the power transformer manufacturing industry
- Understanding of transformer electrical design, including thermal, dielectric and short-circuit considerations
- Understanding of transformer mechanics and overall performance
- Knowledge of relevant IEC / IEEE / IS standards
- Experience producing electrical designs, customer documentation, manufacturing documentation and BOMs
- Ability to work with engineering and technical teams across different locations
