CRM Solutions Architect – Zoho

Hybrid (3 days on-site per week) – Up to £55k per annum

Proactive IT Appointments are currently helping an organisation in Northampton onboard a Solutions Architect into their team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Zoho CRM in both a business analytical and implementation capacity.

Key responsibilities: 

• Implement technical solutions across the business
• Automate business processes, improve CRM, and streamline workflows.
• Use SQL to create reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Analyse CRM data for insights to support strategy, sales, and marketing.
• Present data analysis findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Collaborate across departments to identify automation and data solutions.
• Contribute to Zoho CRM development and customization.
