Proactive IT Appointments are currently helping one of our public sector clients in their search for a specialist in Uniform (Idox) – Local authority case management Software. The right candidate will need to have experience embedding the system across organisations and will look at enhancing the efficient and effectiveness of the systems throughout services.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Systems Setup & Configuration - Understand the current use of the Uniform (IDOX) system
- Data Migration - Migrate existing data from any remaining legacy systems to the Uniform (IDOX) system without data loss.
- Training and ongoing support

- Project Management
