Team Lead – Full Stack C#

Inside IR35 – Fully remote

Our client are seeking an experienced Team Lead – Full Stack C# to join their team on a fully remote basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects within the financial services sector, with a focus on high-performance backend systems and scalable microservices architecture.

Role Overview:

Managing a small team of offshore developers, working on the BAU stream – supporting with live issues, managing the delivery of new and legacy system BAU work.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing team of offshore developers
Develop and enhance backend systems using C#.NET Core.
Build and maintain microservices architecture.
Create dynamic and responsive user interfaces using Angular 16+.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and scalability.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging.

Required Skills and Experience:

Proven experience of managing a team of offshore developers
Strong commercial experience with C#.NET Core.
Proficiency with Angular 16+ for frontend development.
Proven experience of managing offshore teams
Solid understanding of Microservices architecture.
Experience in financial services or other regulated industries is advantageous.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
