We’re recruiting for a Systems Data Analyst to support spare parts operations within a European function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain ERP system integrity and ensure data accuracy
- Monitor and resolve ERP/EDI transactional errors
- Analyse data trends and implement corrective actions
- Develop automated processes and reporting tools
- Produce clear, accurate reports for operational and management teams
- Support logistics, planning, and parts teams with data insights
- Contribute to continuous improvement and global projects
Skills & Experience:
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, BaaN)
- Advanced Excel and strong IT skills
- Ability to write SQL queries
- Data analytics knowledge
- Experience with reporting tools (e.g. Power BI or Tableau)
- EDI experience a bonus
