The Role

As an IT Graduate, you will gain hands-on experience across a variety of IT functions, including technical support, systems administration, and project work. This role is designed to help you develop your technical skills while contributing to real-world business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support to internal users
  • Assist in maintaining IT systems, networks, and infrastructure
  • Support software installations, updates, and troubleshooting

Requirements
