Are you a passionate developer with a strong background in SQL and database management? We are looking for a talented SQL Developer to join their team and help drive business success through insightful reporting and data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize dynamic reports and dashboards using SSRS and Power BI to aid business decision-making.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from diverse sources with T-SQL, SSIS, and Azure Data Factory Pipelines.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and create visually impactful data visualizations.
- Optimize and manage Azure SQL databases to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting solutions.
- Support seamless integration of data from various platforms and sources.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen business intelligence capabilities.
- Maintain and improve data models to meet evolving business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data/reporting issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow best practices for data governance, security, and compliance.
- Provide support and training to end-users on BI tools and reporting functionalities.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience in T-SQL and Azure SQL database management.
- Expertise in SSRS and Power BI for developing and maintaining reports and dashboards.
- Proficient in SSIS and Azure Data Factory Pipelines for data integration.
- Strong experience in processing XML data is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive approach to continuous improvement in data solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field.
