Our client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their team ASAP. As an experienced Senior BA you will excel at setting and meeting the expectations of your client base on large, complex projects. Working in an agile environment, you will work with project teams to define stories and derive tasks, using JIRA to monitor progress.
Skills and Experience
- Extensive experience in business analysis on large projects or programmes.
- Skilled in high-level scoping, detailed requirements analysis, and systems integration, especially with APIs.
- Experience working in Agile/SCRUM frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management, including challenging stakeholders and managing conflicts.
- Proven ability to document complex processes and communicate effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Previous logistics industry experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with JIRA for backlog management and user story creation is beneficial.
Job Role and Responsibilities
- Understand business goals and support technology initiatives.
- Responsible for requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation, including user stories with acceptance criteria in Gherkin format.
- Work closely with project teams, product owners, sales, and customers to define needs and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Manage complex projects in an agile environment, using tools like JIRA.
- Contribute to discovery phases, scoping, and producing design documents.
