Job Description
Senior Business Analyst – Retail
Hybrid
As the Senior BA, you will work closely with the Finance Team in the Luton area, engaging directly with stakeholders to capture requirements, map processes, and define solution designs across finance and commercial functions. You will play a pivotal role in driving improvements to supplier income, rebates, and accruals processes, and support the integration of ERP/merchandising systems.
Key Responsibilities

Facilitate workshops with finance and commercial teams to elicit, clarify, and prioritise requirements.

Conduct process mapping (BPMN) and fit-gap analysis for ERP or merchandising systems.

Partner with solution architects and technical teams on ERP integration design.

Define TO-BE processes, backlogs, and delivery roadmaps aligned with business objectives.

Build strong stakeholder relationships across finance, commercial, and IT functions.
Experience Profile

3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst within retail or FMCG environments.

Strong knowledge of finance/commercial processes: supplier funding, trade terms, supplier income, rebates, accruals.

Hands-on experience with Oracle Retail (Retek) or similar ERP/merchandising platforms.

Proven track record of requirements gathering, process mapping (BPMN), and workshop facilitation.

Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
