Our client is looking for an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer. As the Technical Lead, you will be responsible for roadmaps, solution changes, builds, setting standards, change management, licensing, data management, security, and configuration.
You will act as the technical and functional subject matter expert, responsible for the design and implementation of the platform and ongoing operations. You will work with the product owner on turning requirements into technical design and delivering the build of it.
The role ensures Salesforce effectively supports fundraising, income processing, supporter engagement, and data-driven decision-making, and working with and being the escalation point for Salesforce Admins within the wider organisation.
