Join a high-impact cybersecurity programme as a PAM Onboarding Lead, driving the rollout of Privileged Access Management across a complex organisation. You'll lead the onboarding of users, applications, and business units onto CyberArk, ensuring smooth adoption of secure access models and strengthened controls. Working with senior stakeholders, project teams, and technical SMEs, you'll be at the centre of delivery - coordinating onboarding, shaping processes, and ensuring alignment with least privilege and RBAC principles. This is a hands-on role where you'll balance stakeholder engagement with data-driven reporting, helping track progress, reduce risk, and optimise processes. We're looking for someone with proven experience in PAM/IAM programmes, strong CyberArk knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple onboarding streams in fast-paced environments.
