Oracle Fusion Saa S HCM SME - Remote Contract - Inside IR35 We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Saa S HCM SME to support a 3-month contract engagement, working Inside IR35.
The successful consultant will provide expert review and hands-on guidance across Oracle Fusion HCM data extraction, reporting and data warehouse integration, with a particular focus on HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI and BICC.
Key Responsibilities Conduct an architectural review of the current Oracle Fusion Saa S HCM extract and reporting landscape.
Assess the use of HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI and BICC for reporting, integration and downstream data warehouse requirements.
Review existing bulk data extraction approaches, including Business Intelligence Cloud Connector and Bulk Data Extractor processes.
Identify opportunities to improve performance, resilience, scalability and maintainability of data extract solutions.
Provide SME-level recommendations on best-practice extract design, scheduling, governance and integration patterns.
Work with technical, data and business stakeholders to document findings and define a practical improvement roadmap.
Strong Oracle Fusion Saa S HCM experience, ideally in enterprise-scale environments.
Deep knowledge of Oracle HCM Extracts and outbound integration patterns.
Hands-on experience with BI Publisher and OTBI reporting.
